This policy explains what information CB.ai processes, why it is needed and how to request access or deletion.

This policy covers creators who open a CB.ai account and adult visitors who use a creator's offline chat link. The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
Creator account data: display name, email address, password hash, model identifiers, account status, subscription and invoice data, the Chaturbate username supplied for manual subscription-payment matching, settings, product catalog entries, Demo chat usage counters and support or deletion requests.
Adult visitor chat data: chat messages, a pseudonymous browser identifier, Chaturbate username when supplied, product interest, sales-request status and optional delivery contact details supplied by the visitor.
Usage and security data: signup source parameters when present, onboarding milestone events, timestamps, plan usage and short-lived abuse-prevention counters. Daily rate-limit records use one-way hashes instead of storing raw IP addresses in the application counter files. Hosting and infrastructure providers may keep their own security logs.
We process information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide the dashboard and offline chat, generate AI-assisted replies, enforce plan limits, organize products and sales requests, send service notifications and relevant product or promotional updates, process creator subscriptions, prevent abuse and respond to support or privacy requests.
Chat messages and relevant conversation context may be sent to xAI to generate replies. The service also relies on hosting infrastructure, an email delivery provider, TryBit for creator subscription payments and Cloudflare Turnstile when bot protection is enabled. These providers process limited information needed to perform their service and may operate in other countries under their own terms and privacy commitments.
CB.ai is independent and is not owned by or affiliated with Chaturbate. Fan tips remain on Chaturbate and are checked manually by the creator.
Creator subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Crypto checkout is handled through TryBit. When a creator chooses a Chaturbate album payment, we store the submitted Chaturbate username and payment intent so the purchase can be matched manually, normally within 24 hours. We do not store full payment card or wallet credentials.
Owner activity analytics record model milestones such as copying a link, browser visits, answered chats, extension downloads, authenticated connections and generated replies, with counts and first/last timestamps. Confirmed self-tests are kept separate; an unknown traffic source does not prove a visitor is a fan. Only a Chaturbate/unknown source category is stored, not full referring URLs, IP addresses or message text. Hashed deduplication identifiers expire after 30 days and are removed when the store is next accessed. Aggregate milestones are kept while the creator account exists and removed on account or model deletion.
Temporary conversation context for Offline Chat and Stream Assistant is kept for no longer than 30 days and may disappear sooner. After that period, message text, usernames and generated or sent draft text are automatically removed. Demo retry-response copies expire after 30 days and are removed when the Demo store is next accessed. Text-free Demo quota records, including hashed session identifiers and usage counts, are retained for the creator account's lifetime to prevent quota resets and are removed on account deletion. Text-free aggregate usage counts may be retained so creators can see how often the feature was used. Daily abuse-prevention counter files are kept for about 8 days. Verification and password-reset links expire automatically.
Creator account data, catalogs, analytics, sales-request records and owner campaign delivery history are generally kept while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Campaign history stores delivery outcomes for owner review; account identifiers and recipient addresses are removed from that history when the related creator account is deleted. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, payment records or legal obligations. Requests approved for deletion are removed unless a limited retention exception applies.
Creators control their catalog and review sales requests. Creators must use visitor information only for the requested communication or delivery and must follow platform rules, consent requirements and applicable law. Visitors should not submit unnecessary sensitive information in chat.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with you. Creators can submit an account-deletion request from the dashboard. Creators and visitors may also email support@cbai.chat with the subject “Privacy request”. We may request reasonable verification before acting so that another person cannot delete or obtain your data.
Promotional campaign emails contain an unsubscribe link. Using it stops future promotional campaigns to that account email; necessary verification, security, billing and account-service messages may still be sent.
We use password hashing, email verification, access controls, CSRF protection, rate limits and bot checks where configured. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
The service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use the service or submit information if you are under 18. Reports involving a minor should be sent immediately to support@cbai.chat.
