These terms govern creator accounts and adult visitor use of CB.ai.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use adult services in your location. By creating an account or entering an offline chat, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
CB.ai provides subscription software for creator workflow management, including chat assistance, product organization, manual sales requests, analytics and billing tools.
Offline replies may be generated or assisted by AI. Creators are responsible for describing their use of chat assistance in a way that complies with Chaturbate rules, other platform rules and applicable consumer law. Users must answer truthfully if asked whether assistance or automation is used.
Creators control their profile wording, catalog, prices, payment checks and delivery decisions. Creators are responsible for platform compliance, applicable laws, age requirements, consent, accurate descriptions and fulfilling approved orders.
Fan tips are made on Chaturbate, not through CB.ai. A sales request or a visitor's statement that they tipped is not proof of payment. The creator must verify the matching tip before confirming or delivering content.
Monthly conversation, sales-request, product and model limits shown for a plan are enforced by the service. Free Demo includes a lifetime account-wide limit of 2 real conversations, each with up to 30 accepted member messages, 3 editable product slots and up to 2 sales requests. Demo quotas do not renew monthly; changing browsers or model settings does not reset them. Annual plan cards display a monthly equivalent; the complete yearly charge is shown for confirmation before checkout. A monthly purchase activates 30 days; a yearly purchase activates 365 days and uses the displayed 10% discount against twelve monthly prices. Annual access is paid upfront. Paid-plan usage resets by calendar month unless a plan states otherwise. We may apply reasonable message and abuse-prevention limits to protect availability and AI costs.
The service may not be used for illegal content, minors, age play involving minors, non-consensual material, exploitation, trafficking, fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, spam, harassment, malware, credential theft, attempts to bypass limits or payment abuse.
Creator subscriptions may be paid through TryBit crypto checkout or through a designated Chaturbate photoset when that option is available. Chaturbate payments require manual username matching and do not activate access until verified. Subscription access may be paused or cancelled if billing fails or if these terms are violated. Fan payments are not processed by this service unless a future integration explicitly states otherwise.
The service is provided as a beta and may change, pause or produce inaccurate or repetitive AI output. Creators should review important sales, safety and delivery decisions themselves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific amount of revenue.
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Creators may request account deletion from the dashboard or contact support. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for payment records, security, disputes or legal obligations.
CB.ai is an independent software service and is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Chaturbate.
